The Ferrari Apprenticeship Programme is designed to train and develop apprentices in a way that enables them to learn the core elements of their job role, using advancing technology as well as fostering an exceptional level of client experience.

The 3-year course, which covers both workshop and classroom-based learning provides the perfect challenge for aspiring Ferrari Technicians across the dealership network. This year’s graduates overcame extreme adversity during the COVID pandemic which added a further 2 years to their course. This only contributed to the sense of achievement for our very own apprentices; Owen Mills and Jordan Eggletone, who after 5 hard-working years, graduated from the Ferrari Academy at Silverstone Race Circuit earlier this year.

Both Owen and Joran have said that they enjoyed learning and working with Ferrari as a brand and that highlights included the online training platform and the Ferrari Challenge Training Week. Overcoming challenges in the final exam to finally graduate has filled them with the confidence and determination to continue their Ferrari journey.
